At Live By Gold, we stand by the quality of our product. Your satisfaction is important to us.

If you change your mind for any reason, you are welcome to return it back to us within 14 days of receiving your order. We offer refunds and store credits subject to the following conditions:

SAMPLE SALES

We do not offer refunds, store credit or exchanges on orders within our Sample Sale collection as these are final sale items. Thank you for your understanding!


BUILD YOUR OWN/ BUNDLES

As these are on exclusive deals and discounted pricing, we do not offer refunds, but am happy to offer store credit and exchanges. 

GIFT CARDS

Gift Cards may not be returned.

 

HOW TO RETURN

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return any full priced styles in their original condition by requesting a return authorization within 14 days of receiving your order delivery for a refund or store credit.

To begin the return process, please email info@livebygold.com with your order number for a return authorization.

  • Items must be returned within 14 days after return authorization has been approved.
  • Returned items must be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging.
  • Due to health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any used items including earrings. 
  • Original shipping charges and duties and taxes are non-refundable and charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer. We takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries of a return.
  • Please return all unused items enclosed in a padded bag or box for safety, so they will not get damaged under the transfer. We encourage you to return your item/s via registered or traceable postal services as return parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by Live By Gold.

 

REFUNDS/ STORE CREDIT

Refunds and store credit will be processed via the original payment method within 3 business day of your item being received.

Store-credit notes are valid for 1 years from the date of issue.
